a drop cloth skirt?

Well a drop cloth tree skirt that is.
I was making some items for my tree for the booth and then thought. Well every tree needs a skirt.  I didn't want to buy anything but use what I had on hand.  I saw a pile of cut up drop cloth and said what the heck.
I made it with two rows of ruffles - well cause every skirt needs some ruffles right?

No hemming, no finishing off ends..just tattered and pretty.
Guess you could say she is Tattered and Timeless - pretty appropriate to my space right?

  6. I did something similar with drop cloth and quilt fabric... I didn't hem either but my ruffles are smaller... I think I like yours better!
