Made it to God's country

Well after driving for three days cross country pulling a trailer and a suburban full of kids and a dog..we made it.  We are here - in Texas.  It is hot but we are ready to hit the ground running.
I asked for recommendations from Teresa Cano of Garden Antiques of must hit places..
Here is our agenda:
Fredericksburg Trade Days
Austin City Wide Yard Sales
Athens for Winnie Talula's and more
Waco for Bloom and Bee Swanky
Belton for Marta's shop
And of course Salado...

should be fun and I will take lots of pictures to post when we get back..
See you all the end of July-

  1. have a good time! Looking forward to seeing your pictures and reviews of those places. I love Fredericksburg but have never been to the trade days.
We are in New Zealand visiting my family at the moment so we're taking a break from that TX heat!

I adore Fredericksburg last time I was there was October and the heat then was miserable but the shopping made up for it, lol.

I can't wait to see all your pics, Tammy. Hubby and I have talked MANY times about hitting the Texas circuit, but haven't yet. I'm sure you're going to have a blast. Stay safe, have fun, and bring home a load of cool junk!
