Trisha's wonderful art

I showed you my daughter Sophie's room on Friday and promised to showcase all the art that was done by my sister that is in the room. My sister is an amazing painter and she sells art at the Cameron Antique Festival twice a year and also on Etsy.

This is her interpretation of the Princess and the Pea. It is a mixed media item- part paint, part collage. We love it.

Next is a the first of a trio of flowers. She did these for us and they matched the room without even trying. She does amazing floral and bird paintings.

This is another mixed media piece. I love all the dimension on it.

These are a few pillows she made that she painted on. Very cute. The girl will paint anything that doesn't run away from her- so watch out.

And this was a birthday gift for Sophie when she turned 4. We needed a storage piece to put all her dress-up items in - you know a girl has to have a place to store her jewelry, shoes, hair clips, wands, hats etc. I bought the little dresser and had her do whatever she wanted - all I asked is that it went with the colors of the room. I was surprised and we adore it.
