Well today was one long day. I got up early to the pouring rain-yes the weather man was wrong again. So, it took longer to load the car with all my paper creations as I had to wrap them in oh so lovely black trash bags. I spent about 3 hours transforming the space to a Festive Holiday mood.
It still needs some tweaking and added items but this is it for now.
Enjoy!

Man I hate those floors. I wish we were allowed to paint them or something. Might have to keep my eyes open for a nice rug. (But those make it hard to move furniture)
The space has been taken over by trees wouldn't you say? Those are my ever popular spindle trees. Usually I only make them with distressed cream spindles. But for the October show in Cameron I threw in a couple of black spindles and they proved popular. This mall is in a more primitive loving community so I threw in some distressed red spindles also.
Most of my inventory is still white and silver right now though. I tend to adore it and find it hard to break into a lot of color.
My sister does all silver trays with inspiring words painted on them and then glimmer of prisms hanging on them.
There is my tree. Well I have about 8 trees at home so found one to use in the booth. I see that I needed a bigger tree. But man they are heavy. So this one will have to do. Maybe I can elevate it on a table of sorts..hmmmm
There's my sisters Christmas subway painting. I love it so much. Hope it goes to a great family.
You will notice above the mantle is a bit bare. I have a project for that this weekend. I'll show you it later. I did glittered houses- what a mess and had such a fun time sewing burlap stockings. More close ups on those later.
At first I thought I'd have to take the extra ornaments home and then bring them back and add them to the tree as needed. But I found it more appealing to put them in bowls on the farm table. That way they can just grab them there. Maybe it will save the tree from being bare too soon. Probably not right?
One of my cone wreaths. Those are so much fun to make. Love them.
I seem to buy silver when at thrift shops. So, I put mini trees in them - they would look adorable in a dining room or a kitchen - that is where I put mine.
Well from my village to yours....
Have a great holiday season.

Your booth looks great! My jaw dropped when I saw your wall treatment -- I am considering doing that in the hallway of the beach house we are renovating!

AMAZING girl! Your silver star ornaments really caught my eye but I thought your entire booth was PERFECT - I hope you do really well with it!!!
ReplyDeleteWow Tammy, your booth looks fabulous. I love all of the sheet music and glitter. It's so popular these days that I may need to check into some for myself. I'm a color person usually, but I seem to be more and more taken by the neutral pallettes these days.
