Happy Birthday to me !

Well this Wednesday - yes St. Patty's day was my 44th birthday. Yikes did I put the number in print? Yes I did and it doesn't bother me as much as I thought as it just proves that I am here to live another year.

It really was not a great day for me at all. I started having some problems and called the doctor to see if it was anything to worry about and they said for me to come in immediately. After a 2 hour appointment the gift I got for my birthday is a surgery scheduled for Monday. I am very confident that everything will turn out fine so decided that there is nothing I can do about it and that it is all in God's hands so I will let him carry that burden for me at this time.

I did receive some nice things that day and wanted to share those with you. My best friend Liz, sent me this banner - wonderful and I had just taken down my WINTER one and it was looking a bit bare - just what I needed -thanks I love it.

These flowers are from my daughter- well I paid for them as she is 5 but she said I needed them for my happy day. They are my fave roses- Peace Roses.
And our new neighbor after the day I had brought me over cupcakes and these happy daisies. How can you stay down in the dumps when these flowers are smiling at you.

All of these things were just what I needed. Thanks you three wonderful ladies.
