Some chilly day projects

Well with the cold weather and not being able to do much else. Well I could clean house -but really would you if you could craft? Yeah right. Princess wanted a scarf so we scrounged up some fleece she had in her room.
And we made this. It matches her coat to the tee.

Then after my mom found a wire hanger for me- jeesh that was the most difficult part of the project - finding a dang wire hanger that wasn't covered in that vinyl coating. I put it together and then hung a glittered up T on it for my sister's door. I like how it came out so when I find another hanger I will get some cream burlap and do one with tan and small bits of cream thrown in for me. Thanks Jennifer from Where the heart is for posting this and the directions.

Well off to craft some more. I guess this cold weather is good for something after all. What are you all crafting this chilly Friday?

  1. Love the wreath so cute. I may even have some excess fabric to make one. My front door is in need of a decoration since Christmas is over!!!

  2. Oh Tammy sweetie...
That little princess and her scarf are just both so precious. Lovin that smile. That was a clever idea, did you just fringe the ends or did you actually tie. So darn cute.

I have some wire hangers (from the Cleaners) and I may just have to try one of those wreaths. How very cute they are. I just love it.

Thanks for sharing today. Have a beautiful Friday sweetie.

    Country hugs, Sherry

  3. I want to make the wreath today, if I can get to it. Like a fool, I thought I would tackle some toy organizing. It's UGLY. LOL
    Love Princess' new scarf!
