Cones, cones and more cones

I found these lovely paper mache plain cones at a craft store and knew exactly what I wanted to do with them. I covered them with paper and then embellished them with crepe paper flowers and extras.  It was so much fun to work on. I did three different ones in my favorite color family- neutrals.
This is my " cherish" version.  It is done with sheet music.

Next is my "inspire" one done with a dictionary page.

And lastly, is my "remember" one done with an old letter.

Since doing these I have gone back and bought all the cones from one store and plan on making many more- with Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas.  I will also make my favorite neutral ones too.

  1. Like the cones. I too like the color pallette. I have never made or decorated a cone. I really need to do one. You may have just inspired me.

  2. That looks soooo pretty. This is an awesome way I can use my scrapbook paper and display it everywhere in my house. Thanks so much for posting.
