Well I got a pair of great glass lamps at a thrift store but the shades that came with them were less than ideal. I was hoping to make shades by ripping off the cover and then covering with strips of muslin but the shades were the ones without a wire frame. Oh dang now what to do?
Enter the dollar tree with bags of white rose petals. So, after a few glue gun burns and a large amount of petals and some ribbon - voila we now have a gorgeous shade.
